This website is owned and operated by Alba Delgado, self-employed sole trader (autónoma) trading as Altai Turismo — an official licensed local-guide service in Seville, Andalusia, Spain, holding official tourist-guide registration AIAT/SE/00126-6. NIF: ES13432259Y. Contact: info@altaiturismo.com.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about and book our tours. You agree not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt its operation. Content is provided in good faith for general information and may be updated at any time.
Bookings and prices
Tours are private and priced per group unless stated otherwise. Bookings are processed securely through our booking provider, Regiondo; the conditions shown at checkout apply to your booking in addition to these terms. Monument tickets can be arranged on request and may be added to your quote.
Changes and cancellations
The following cancellation and refund conditions apply. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible at info@altaiturismo.com.
- Bookings made 15 or more days before the tour: full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the tour date.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before the tour: full refund only if you cancel at least 7 days before the tour date.
- Bookings made in the same week as the tour: 50% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time.
- Force majeure (accident, serious illness, natural disaster): full refund on receipt of valid proof; without proof, refunds are limited to 50%.
- Monument tickets (e.g. the Royal Alcázar and the Cathedral) are issued in your name and are non-refundable by the official administrations, so their cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this website belong to Altai Turismo or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent.
Liability
We take great care in delivering our tours and information, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Seville, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
