Altai Turismo (“we”, “us”) is a registered official licensed local-guide service based in Seville, Andalusia, Spain (official tourism registration AIAT/SE/00126-6). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use altaiturismo.com or contact us, why we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.
Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: Alba Delgado, self-employed sole trader (autónoma) trading as Altai Turismo — Seville, Andalusia, Spain. NIF: ES13432259Y. Contact: info@altaiturismo.com.
What data we collect
- Enquiry data you send us: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message, when you use our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Booking data: when you book a tour, your booking is processed by our booking provider Regiondo, which collects the details needed to confirm and deliver your tour.
- Technical data: our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
- Analytics data: only if you consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your tour — on the basis of your request and the steps prior to a contract.
- To provide and manage bookings you make — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- To measure and improve the site — only with your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business:
- Regiondo (booking and secure checkout).
- Hostinger (our email provider, for correspondence sent to our mailboxes).
- Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery and the cookie-free Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form).
- Resend (delivery of contact-form messages to our mailbox, when you submit the form).
- Meta / WhatsApp (only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp).
- Google (analytics — only if you consent).
- Open-Meteo (weather forecast shown on the homepage — no cookies, request only).
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Booking and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Spanish law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@altaiturismo.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
